Ryde-Parramatta Golf Club Ltd can cater for every type of function including weddings, birthdays, reunions, corporate days, seminars and conferences. Our talented chef can prepare anything from morning tea to a delectable banquet or a stylish three course set menu. Choose from our extensive food and beverage packages or have our Executive Chef create a personalised menu to suit your next function.

Our function staff are trained to ensure that you and your guests are treated attentively and professionally. The Events Manager will personally meet with you, identify your needs and complete the planning based on your requirements. The Events Manager thrives on the challenge to present on the day requests that may be individualistic. Our House Manager will also be on hand during your event to ensure your function runs smoothly and the staff professionalism is at its highest.

The Club has three rooms to offer our guests, the Tudor Room, Fairway Room and Board Room.

The Tudor Room
The Tudor Room is the club’s main function room. The room is very spacious and able to seat up to 220 guests comfortably. As the name ‘Tudor’ suggests, it embraces the Scandinavian ambience with high rafter ceilings and large open fire-place. Combine this ambience with panoramic views across the landscaped gardens and undulating golf course and you have a setting to meet the most discerning tastes.

The Tudor Room is ideal for weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday celebrations or any other type of occasion where space is essential.

The Fairway Room
The Fairway Room is the club’s most requested room for corporate meetings and seminars. The room has the ability to seat up to 60 people theatre style or 25 people in a training room layout. The name ‘Fairway Room’ derives from the exceptional views down the 1st hole of the course and across the 8th and 9th holes.

Guests may choose to have the room filled by the abundance of natural light flowing in from the east and south or have the curtains drawn for that extra piece of privacy.

The Fairway Room is ideal for a meeting, seminar, training course, social group or any other small gathering.

The Board Room
The Board Room is ideal for business meetings. The room is private and personal with the ability to seat up to 30 people theatre style or 16 people in a training room layout. The Board Room is recommended for meetings, seminars, training courses or any other business activity where a personal and private situation is an essential.
