Corporate Golf Day Itinerary - Sample .

7.00am – Player’s Registration

• Registration desk with scorecards, course guides and rules for the event.

• Breakfast / Morning Tea / Lunch is available.

• Locker Room and Amenities are available for your guests.

Practice Facilities

• Putting Green, Practice Fairway, Practice Nets and Pitching / Chipping Greens available.

• Putting Competitions can be arranged at request.

• The Club Professional will be available to hold a clinic if required.

Corporate Signage

• Signs must be delivered two days before the event.

• Course staff will erect all signage prior to the event.

Carts

• 20 Electric Carts are available for hire.

• Unlimited carts can be pre-ordered through supplier at an increased price.

• Refreshment Cart can be hired to provide on-course hospitality.

8.00am – Shotgun Start

• The Club Professional will address the guests with important information regarding rules, format and etiquette for the day’s event.

• Players will be asked to head out to their designated holes,

15 minutes prior to reserved tee time, ready for play.

• A siren will sound indicating the commencement of play.

On Course

• Nearest the pin, longest drive and straightest drive markers can be provided.

• A Golf Professional can be arranged to play amongst the groups during the event.

• Other novelty events can be recommended and arranged.

1.00pm – After Round

• Our Events Coordinator can assist with scoring and the arranging of golf prizes through our Professional shop.

• Presentation Table, microphone and lectern are available.

1.30pm - Dining

• Choose either a three course set menu, buffet or barbeque lunch/dinner.

• Ask our Events Coordinator about a refreshments package, open bar or limited refreshment account.

3.00pm – Closing

• Our Events Coordinator will arrange for the retrieval of the signage to be collected by your organiser the following day.

• The Club can also arrange Taxis and other forms of transport if required.
